For the Graham Cracker Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

For the Blackberry Filling:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blackberries, plus extra for topping
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
For the Graham Cracker Crust:
Step 1
Butter a 10-inch round pie dish.Step 2
Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter until combined. Press mixture into bottom of prepared pie dish. Set aside.For the Blackberry Filling:

In small bowl, mash blackberries slightly with fork. Set aside.Step 4
In large bowl, whip heavy whipping cream with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Set aside.Step 5
Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest, blackberries and vanilla and mix until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour mixture on top of crust.Step 6
