Cheesy Baked Zucchini Tots | Go Bold With Butter

When your garden is overflowing with zucchini, make some Cheesy Baked Zucchini Tots to serve with a glass of wine as a snack or as side dish with a juicy burger. The key to making a crispy tot is to get out as much water as possible, so be sure to squeeze out as much as you can before you add it to the rest of the ingredients. Brushing the pan with butter also helps crisp up the bottom of the tots.

Thank you! Being married to a picky vegetarian is hard. He hates zucchini, but this might be a way to get around that…
