No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Crunch Bars

Yield: 12 bars


    For the Peanut Butter Layer:
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pretzels, broken into pieces
  • For the Chocolate Layer:
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels


  1. For the Peanut Butter Layer:
  2. Line 8x8-inch pan with foil, letting sides overhang. Butter foil along bottom of pan.
  3. In medium bowl, beat peanut butter and butter with electric mixer until well combined. Add vanilla and powdered sugar; mix until combined. Fold in pretzel pieces. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
  4. For the Chocolate Layer:
  5. Combine peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl; microwave 20 seconds, stir and repeat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over base layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle with peanuts and pretzel pieces. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or more before slicing.
