For a little something different in the cookie department, why not try a sweet dip with all the flavors of a favorite cookie?

This dip has all the best parts of one of our favorites – Snickerdoodles. Sweet and packed with cinnamon, this dip is sure to be a hit.

Add this dip to your dessert table with an assortment of store-bought cookies and fruit. Then, just stand back and watch it disappear!

Snickerdoodle Cookie Dip

Makes about 12 servings

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions:

Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter and cream cheese until combined. Add sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well, making sure mixture is smooth.

Chill dip for at least 30 minutes. If chilling for longer than 30 minutes, let dip sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Serve with an assortment of cookies, graham crackers, or apple wedges.

    Wowza — I have never even thought of something like this. Anything cinnamon & sugar is a huge weakness for me. Sounds SO easy… Wonder if using low-fat cream cheese makes a difference in taste/texture? If anyone knows, please let me know! Thanks for the awesome recipe. I cannot wait for a reason to make this!!
