Ingredients

  • For the Peanut Butter Layer:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pretzels, broken into pieces
  • For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

For the Peanut Butter Layer:

Step 1

Line 8x8-inch pan with foil, letting sides overhang. Butter foil along bottom of pan.

Step 2

In medium bowl, beat peanut butter and butter with electric mixer until well combined. Add vanilla and powdered sugar; mix until combined. Fold in pretzel pieces. Spread evenly into prepared pan.

For the Chocolate Layer:

Step 3

Combine peanut butter, butter and chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl; microwave 20 seconds, stir and repeat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over base layer and spread evenly. Sprinkle with peanuts and pretzel pieces. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or more before slicing.
