How To Create A Choux Pastry
Choux batter is used in many kinds of French-inspired recipes including eclairs, cream puffs, beignets, gnocchi and more. It is made with only a few simple ingredients: butter, water, flour and eggs. Choux pastry batter is cooked on the stove, creating a batter that has a dough-like consistency. The butter gives the final product a fluffy, golden crust and rich flavor!

Step 1: Boil
Add water and butter to a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook until the butter is completely melted.Step 2: Add Flour
