How much sweeter could a sugar snap pea get if a snap pea could get sweeter?
Add a dose of balsamic vinegar, a couple of pats of butter and simmer to find out. And the heights they’ll reach with a splash of orange juice? Snap! Sweet.
Pair the sugar snap peas with a nicely grilled chicken or a broiled fish and you’ll find it hard to resist sopping your forked protein with the buttery balsamic reduction.
