Buttery Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower

This fabulous game-day appetizer is an elevated twist on all things buffalo combining roasted cauliflower with buttery buffalo sauce.

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cored and broken into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives


Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.

Step 2

Arrange cauliflower florets on rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt; toss to coat. Roast 60-75 minutes, or until cauliflower is browned Transfer to a serving platter.

Step 3

In small bowl, combine melted butter and buffalo sauce. Drizzle sauce over roasted cauliflower and garnish with chives. Serve immediately.
