Hot Buttered Rum

Hot Buttered Rum is one of the tastiest and coziest recipes. When the weather turns brisk, this drink will warm you inside and out. This version is made with lots of spices and muscovado sugar, which is an unrefined sugar with deep molasses flavor. You can find it at most grocery stores, but if you’re coming up empty-handed, dark brown sugar may be used instead. This Hot Buttered Rum recipe is made in a slow cooker, so there’s no babysitting a bubbling pot on the stove top. It’s so convenient and one batch will serve a crowd!
