Cooking your corn in water is out and cooking your corn in butter is in! Butter bath corn introduces a unique way to enhance the flavor of corn. Step One: Boil water
Begin by filling a large pot with 4 cups of water. Place the pot over medium-high heat and bring the water to a boil. Meanwhile, prepare 6 ears of corn by husking them and then halving each ear.
Step Two: Add milk, butter and salt.
Once the water has been brought to a boil, add 1 cup of milk, 1 stick of butter and 1 tsp. of salt.

Step Four Add corn
Once milk, butter and salt, as well as preferred additional flavor ingredients, have been added carefully add the corn and reduce to a medium heat. Let boil for 8 minutes.
Step Five: Remove and enjoy!
Using tongs, remove the corn from the butter bath, serve and enjoy!
