- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large ripe bananas)
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cups packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with paper liners.Step 2
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Set aside.Step 3
Whisk mashed bananas, egg, brown sugar, butter, vegetable oil, butter milk and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined. Add dry ingredients and stir just until combined.Step 4
Spoon batter into liners. Set aside.Step 5
To make streusel topping, combine flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt in a medium bowl; mix until crumbly.Step 6
