Pimento Cheese Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 1/2 stick of softened butter
 - 4 oz softened cream cheese
 - 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
 - 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 (4oz) jar pimentos, drained
 - 1 pinch of salt
 - 3 scallions, diced
 - 1 (14 oz) baguette (or loaf of Italian bread), sliced lengthwise
 
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.Step 2
In a large bowl, combine ingredients and stir until incorporated. Spread the mix on the cut side of the baguette, and place on a large rimmed baking sheet.Step 3
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and starting to slightly bubble.Step 4
