Ingredients
- 1 baguette, cut into 4 pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 4 eggs
- flaked sea salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Set aside.Step 2
Cut an oval into the top of each baguette piece. Scoop out enough bread dough to make a large hole, being careful not to hollow out bottom.Step 3
Spread butter on bottom and up sides of hollowed-out section. Crack egg into each baguette piece. Season with salt and pepper.Step 4
