Jam-Swirled Blondies

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup jam or preserves
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x13 baking pan.Step 2
Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.Step 3
In separate bowl, mix together butter, sugar and brown sugar until thoroughly mixed. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in vanilla.Step 4
Gradually add flour mixture, mixing just until combined.Step 5
Transfer batter to prepared pan and spread evenly. Dollop jam on top of batter and use thin knife to swirl jam into batter.Step 6
