Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, diced
  • 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup, plus 2 tablespoons multi-colored sprinkles, divided
  • 1/2 cup crushed frosted animal cookies

Instructions

Step 1

Line 9-inch square baking pan with foil and lightly grease. Set aside.

Step 2

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Set over medium-high heat and cook until boiling, stirring often, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat, and stir in white chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, almond extract and salt. Set aside and allow to cool slightly, about 15 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup sprinkles until evenly combined. Pour into prepared pan and spread out evenly.

Step 4

Sprinkle top with remaining sprinkles, and crushed frosted animal cookies. Chill at least 1 hour, or until firm. Slice and serve. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge, wrapped in plastic, for up to 4 days.
