Ingredients

Chili Lime Butter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Zest of 1 lime

Corn:
- 6 ears corn, husked
- Butter
- Fresh cilantro
- Cotija cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Mix compound butter ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.Step 2
Heat grill to high heat.Step 3
Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add corn and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly.Step 4
