Ingredients

  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) Ramen noodles
  • 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, or to taste
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

Step 1

Discard seasoning packets from Ramen. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Step 2

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce, brown sugar and Sriracha; stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add noodles and toss to coat.

Step 3

Serve with green onions and sesame seeds.
