Ingredients
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) Ramen noodles
- 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, or to taste
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Step 1
Discard seasoning packets from Ramen. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.Step 2
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add soy sauce, brown sugar and Sriracha; stir and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add noodles and toss to coat.Step 3
