Spiked Coffee
                                        Warm up your coffee with a flavorful sweet and aromatic butter syrup. Simple, yet flavorful, the syrup comes together in just a few minutes and keeps for 1-2 weeks. Add it to your coffee any day, or include a splash of vodka for a special spiked cocktail.

Ingredients
- 
                                                    
Butter Syrup:
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
 - 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
 - 
                                                    
For Coffee:
 - 8 oz. brewed hot coffee
 - 1 1/2 oz. vodka
 - 1 1/2 oz. butter syrup
 - Cinnamon stick, for garnish
 
Instructions
Step 1
For the butter syrup: Heat ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Let cool slightly.Step 2
For the coffee: Add coffee, vodka and butter syrup to a coffee mug. Stir to combine and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
                                        Butter syrup will keep for 1-2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container. Reheat gently before using.
